We are seeking an experienced Art Production Manager to join our team of seasoned, passionate and talented game developers. Please submit your cover letter and resume through our online application process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Art Team, Leads, and Directors to prioritize and schedule the production of game art assets

Coordinating the Art Director and Animation Director’s schedules and priorities

Facilitate communication and manage schedules for members of the Art Team

Ensure timely delivery of assets and help to eliminate obstacles

Help identify inefficiencies related to tools and pipelines

Work with department leads for continual process improvement

Manage agendas and issue lists from department meetings, and maintain responsibility for following up on resulting action items
QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years experience as Art Production Manager or similar role in video game industry
Understanding of game development and art creation tools

REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
Work well within a team environment
